Northeast Clown Institute
JANUARY 20st thru JANUARY 22rd, 2012

The Northeast Clown Institute (NCI) will be holding its twenty third annual weekend program from Friday, January 20, thru January 22, 2012, at the Radisson-Plymouth, 180 Water Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360.

As usual, we offer a binder filled with valuable instructor’s notes and vendor information, as well as a certificate of completion, and an attendance pin for those who attend the entire weekend.   Classes will begin at 1:00pm on Friday 1/20/2012. The cost for registration information is available on the 2012 Registration pages.

Rooms will be available for a special rate of $56.00 plus tax, per night, per Room (single or double), plus $15.00 extra for each additional adult over age 17. Children under 18 stay free in same room with adults.

We need an accurate count to insure we'll have a sufficient number of books and pass outs on hand. So if you are planning on attending, please fill out the Class Registration Form and return it to Ed Dowling (his contact information follows on registration pages) as soon as possible along with the required Student Registration Fee (U.S. FUNDS ONLY).

Deadline for registering will be December 16, 2011, for both classes and lodging reservations. We are planning on a maximum of 200 students, and based on past year's responses, we expect an early sell out again this year.

If there are any other questions pertaining to lodging, OTHER THAN YOUR REGISTRATION WHICH MUST BE DONE WITH ED DOWLING, call the Radisson-Plymouth at 508-747-4900.

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS: If you have a costume and make-Up, please bring it along. You will have the opportunity to make-up and dress for a critique with our instructors.

SECOND YEAR and UP STUDENTS: Each student will have the opportunity to make up and dress in costume for critiques, as well as the competitions for best in each clown category for make-up and costume. Certificates and credits will be awarded at the closing ceremony on Sunday morning, following the annual auction for the Sneaker Fund. Credits will be applied towards Craftsman and Master Clown Awards.

PRIOR YEAR'S STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING ALONG THEIR LOOSE LEAF BINDERS TO PLACE ADDITIONAL CLASS MATERIAL SHEETS IN.
